Faculty & Staff International Travel Registration
Faculty and staff of Baldwin Wallace University are required to register their university-related international travel with the Center for Global Exploration. As part of this registration, we may collect a general itinerary, contact information, passport details, emergency contact information etc.
This registration is not for the approval of travel or to provide travel arrangements but rather to provide the university with travel information so that it can offer pre-travel resources and respond in the event of an emergency. Travel approval is granted on the supervisor/department/dean/chair level following established departmental and university procedures.

You will need to maintain your current US health insurance to be covered upon your return from abroad. Your current insurance also covers your pre-existing conditions and current prescriptions, if you have any.
